When you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through the quote form on this website, we collect the details you choose to share with us: typically your name, phone number, email address, vehicle make and model, location, and a description of what you need.
For customers who receive on-site work, we also keep basic records of the job (date, vehicle, work carried out, price paid) for warranty, accounting, and legal purposes.
How we use your data
We use your information only to:
- respond to your enquiry and arrange work;
- carry out the service you’ve requested;
- keep accurate business records;
- honour warranties on work we’ve done;
- meet our legal and tax obligations.

How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that don’t lead to a job are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Customer job records are kept for 6 years to meet HMRC record-keeping requirements, then deleted.

Only where necessary and lawful: our accountant (for tax returns), our bank or payment processor (for card transactions), and HMRC or insurers if legally required. We don’t share your data with any third party for marketing.
